2.招生對象：碩士研究生、博士研究生
Admission target: Master's degree candidate, PhD students
3.學製和獎學金標準
Duration and Standard of the Scholarship
4.申請資格 Eligibility
①非中國籍公民，身體健康；
Non-Chinese citizens, in good physical and mental health
②截至2023年9月1日，來華攻讀碩士學位者，須具有學士學位，年齡不超過35周歲；來華攻讀博士學位者，須具有碩士學位，年齡不超過40周歲；
Up to 1 September, 2023, applicants who apply for the master’s scholarship should get their bachelor’s degree and be under 35 years old; Applicants who apply for the Ph.D. scholarship should get their master’s degree and be under 40 years old
③成績優秀，科研能力突出，漢語HSK4級或以上;
Applicants should have good academic marksand have outstanding capacity in scientific research; HSK≥level 4
④非其他獎學金獲得者。Without winning other scholarships.
5.申請材料 Application Documents Required
申請人必須如實填寫和提交以下申請材料：
Applicants should complete and submit the following application documents:
①《中國政府獎學金申請表》
Application form for Chinese Government Scholarship
②《外國人體格檢查表》複印件（原件自行保存）
A copy of foreigner'sphysical examination form(the original should be kept by yourself)
③經過公證的最高學曆證明（中英文以外文本須附經公證的中文或英文譯本，應屆畢業生須提交預畢業證明）
Notarized highest diploma(inChinese/English or notarized in Chinese/English. Fresh graduates must submit the pre-graduation certificate)
④本科或碩士階段全部課程的成績單原件（中英文以外文本須附經公證的英文譯本）
Original academic transcripts of all master's degree or PhD courses. (Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized English translations)
⑤兩名教授或副教授的推薦信（中文或英文）
Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors(in Chinese/English)
⑥來華學習或研究計劃，申請人必須提交用中文或英文書寫來華學習或研究計劃(碩士不少於1000字，博士不少於1500字）
A study plan in English or Chinese(no less than 1000 words for master's degree; no less than 1500 words for PhD)
⑦研究成果，已發表的論文、獲獎證書等能夠證明自己學業成就和研究能力的資料
Notarized Copies of research achievements
⑧漢語或英語水平能力證明（如HSK證書、TOEFL、IELTS成績證明）
Certificate of English/Chinese proficiency
⑨有效普通護照複印件
A copy of valid passport
⑩經濟擔保函
Economic guarantee letter
無犯罪證明
No Criminal Record Commitment
注：1.無論錄取與否，以上材料恕不退還；2.材料不全者，不予受理。
Notice : Whether be enrolled or not, all the documents above will not be sent back; Applicants whose documents are incomplete are not accepted.

第1步：登陸下麵網站，進行網上報名，長春中醫藥大學代碼為：10199

第2步：完成留學基金委來華留學網上報名後，打印係統自動生成的《中國政府獎學金申請表》，按照“申請材料”清單的要求準備相應材料
Step 2: After completing the online application of the China Scholarship Council, print the application form for the Chinese government scholarshipwhich the system automatically generates, and prepare related documents according to the requirements of the list of “Application Documents”
第3步：郵寄所有申請材料至長春中醫藥大學國際學生招生辦公室
Step 3: Mail all application documents to the international student admission office of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine
7.錄取和入學
Admission and Entrance
第一步：審核申請材料，通過材料審核後，招生辦公室將組織相關專家進行網絡或現場麵試。最終錄取結果將在7月15日左右公布（具體時間以國家留學基金管理委員會通知為準）
Step 1: Applicants will be selected according to the application documents and interview. The first selection result will be seen in late April. The final result will be seen on 15 July or so (see the China Scholarship Council'snotice)
第二步：入學時間為每年9月15日之前，具體時間以《入學通知書》為準
Step 2:The registration deadline is 15September 2023 (See the admission notice)
